Isle Of Palms Magazine Spring/Summer 2019

Three years ago, Kipp, her husband and daughter decided to give themselves more than “one more week” and moved here permanently. She became a real estate agent with Dunes Properties and partnered with her father, who had also returned to the island. “They say you’ll always be successful in sales if you believe in your product. I have traveled throughout the world and I never thought there was a more beautiful beach than what we have here. I get to live this lifestyle – the small-town, family feel, walking our dog on the beach every morning – there’s nothing better.” She credits island locals and her church, First United Methodist, for making the island such a special place. Kipp embraces the change and busy times on the island as much as she does the quieter moments. “You learn not to go to the grocery store on Saturdays, and you know the connector will be a gridlock when it starts raining or after sundown, but I enjoy sharing home with visitors who want to come spend the day at the beach. Summer brings it to life.” .I l l i . | . We Are Isle of Palms Photo by Jess Wood.
